Course Content: This course provides a systematic study of new flexible electronic materials and the flexible electronic devices constructed from them. It covers the design principles of organic and inorganic electronic materials, and various flexible material processing techniques, including traditional thin-film device fabrication methods such as photolithography and emerging technologies developed in recent years. The course will introduce key flexible electronic devices such as flexible thin-film transistors, sensors, and display devices, discussing their operating principles, key physical processes, development history, and future trends. It will also explore cutting-edge applications for the integration of flexible electronic devices.
Course Objectives: Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the design and processing techniques of flexible electronic materials, understand the operating principles and development trends of key flexible electronic devices, and acquire the foundational knowledge needed to explore their integration into emerging applications.
